Rosella in honey from Kaisa

Description / Method: 
  1. Clean the rosella by removing the red fruit part from the seed pod and then wash it.
  2. Put the rosella about 400ml of honey and 1 glass of water into a pot.
  3. Boil on a low heat and keep adding water as it boils away.  Do not let it boil dry.
  4. When the rosella is soft and looks crystalline remove from the heat and put into clean screw top jars.
